Payment terms
Memberships are billed by Paysmart direct debit (or cash in advance). Fees are calculated annually and divided into fortnightly or monthly payments. You get a minimum of 4 weeks' absence per year built in: Christmas, Easter, holidays or sickness.
Extended absence or serious injury? Direct debit can be paused with a few weeks' notice (excluding Christmas, which is already accounted for).
Paysmart fees
- Fortnightly transaction: $1.95
- Monthly transaction: $2.95

Cancellation
In writing (email or letter) to Triune MMA, not Paysmart. Minimum one month's notice. No cancellations or suspensions in December or January.
